The Oliveto sleeps 2 people. It contains a kitchen-living room combination, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. Outside you find a covered veranda with wooden garden furniture. The apartment has atmosphere, is fully furnished and equipped with central heating. The apartment is accessible for disabled persons who depend on a wheelchair.

Prices:

• Low season: 350 Euro/week.
• High season: 420 Euro/week.

Please note that our weekly rental period is from Saturday to Saturday.

Our accommodation prices include the following services:

• Bed linen and towels, changed weekly.
• Water, electricity for light, gas.
• If needed, a children’s bed.
• Use of washing machine.

Our prices exclude:

• Final cleaning fee: 10 Euro per person.
• Heating: to be paid according to consumption.

Payment:

• At booking: a 30% down payment is required to book the apartment.
• At arrival: a deposit of 100 Euro.
• At departure: the residual payment in cash.

Check-in and check-out times:

• We will be happy to welcome you at Parzalla between 15:00 (3 pm) and 20:00 (8 pm) on the day of your arrival.
• On the day of your departure you are requested to leave the apartment before 10 am
